A chilly wet Thursday evening didn't prohibit a crowd of nearly 40 folks from attending the January General Membership Meeting of the JOCO Serra Club. The Board of Directors recently reviewed and updated JOCO Serra Bylaws. The last revision occurred in 2017. Draft changes of consequence (those changes not involving simple grammar, punctuation, syntax, etc.,) are highlighted in red below. Please read through the proposed changes and come prepared to vote on these changes at the December General Membership Meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Hard copies of these draft changes will be available at the meeting.
