Serra Club members band together first in prayerful support of vocations in the Archdiocese. Through personal prayer and organized events drawing parishes throughout Johnson County into community prayer for vocations, Serrans spiritually support vocations year-round. We promote vocations through education programs, newsletters, and guest speakers at scheduled Serra events.
Material support for vocations occurs through sponsoring social events that not only bring people together in a common cause, but also raise funds to assist seminarians and women discerning religious vocations in meeting educational and living expenses during their years of formation.
The Serra Club of Johnson County welcomes inquiries from anyone interested in living out the Serran mission.
